• Proprietary Acoustand A.V.I.S 1 Feet designed specifically for the Compact XL: 2 years in the making. Each of the four feet is an engineering triumph, each assembled from 16 precision components. The main housing is crafted from durable aluminum for robust structural support, with an internal Sorbothane structure that absorbs and dissipates vibrations by converting mechanical energy into heat. The base is made from Delrin—a high-performance acetal polymer renowned for its low friction, high stiffness, dimensional stability, and superior wear resistance—ensuring the base is effectively decoupled from the housing during use. This decoupling, combined with Delrin’s acoustically neutral properties and vibration-damping capabilities, provides exceptional isolation from floor-borne disturbances and internal rumble across a wide frequency range, surpassing standard spike or rubber feet for cleaner, more detailed sound reproduction.

• Compatibility and Expandability: Currently optimized for the Technics SP10 MK2, MK3, and SP10-R, with three dedicated arm locations designed to accommodate virtually any tonearm of your choice. This flexibility allows for seamless integration with a wide range of arms, including most 9”-12” models. However, some specific 9” arms may present compatibility challenges with the SP10 being designed primarily for 10” tonearms—please inquire with us prior to purchase to confirm fitment for your particular tonearm.

The unit is supplied with one tonearm panel cut for a tonearm of your choice. The other locations are fitted with blanking plates as standard.

Arm panels come in two sizes, the Dumpy arm panel can be used with 9-10” tonearms, the standard panels are for all sizes.
