Custom made to order items cannot usually be returned. However Acoustand may to their discretion allow the item to be returned if unused and in new condition or the item has been made incorrectly.
You have 7 days to cancel any orders, acoustand purchases all materials needed on or the day after the order is placed so please be sure you actually want the item and are willing to wait the full build times stated before considering a purchase.
All items shipped at customers risk if they have chosen not to opt in for insurance.
Free shipping excludes insurance. Though our goods enjoy an extremely high delivery success rate it is at the customers discretion to choose insurance or not. See our shipping page for more information.
