Acoustand offer a high quality tonearm re wire kit using the finest components available.

This kit uses the following components to get the best out of your tonearm rewire.

0.04mm pure copper Litz with 36 strands coated in a silk wrap, typically you would only have 30 strands and still 0.04mm. Despite extra strands, our Litz is still as flexible. As it uses slightly thinner strands.

Nickel and gold plated cartridge connectors, usually only gold plated.

Leaded flux core solder for the best possible connection. Lead free solder is pretty useless for this particular work. Our solder melts under 300 degrees and if you’ve ever soldered these small contacts, then you know that speed is everything, especially since some contacts you have a maximum of 3 seconds before the contact is destroyed.

Colour coded shrink tube for each contact.

These kits are available immediately and are one of the best available.

Choose from 9” or 12” kit, for 10” arms choose the 12” kit.


NOTE:
This kit is ideal for Rega arms, and really makes a difference from personal experience. But is obviously great for all tonearms.
